Tomorrow, Friday October 10th, is our first surf session. It is going to be at 2:45pm at Scripps. That means be in your wetsuit ready to surf at the Scripps parking lot at 2:45. RIDES: Meet Scott and/or Koji at the Sungod statue (idol?) between 2:05 and 2:20. They will drive you down and then back up afterwards. Keep in mind that tomorrow afternoon there might be a little size, current, and wind. Future surf sessions will be based around optimal surf conditions.
Once a week you will receive an email from Scott and Koji letting you know where and when the surf session is going to be (the email will come at least 2 nights before). The surf session time/location changes weekly, depending on swell/wind/tides. Surf sessions are usually in the morningtime, and rides are occasionally provided. Gear and instruction are not provided at these sessions. For the first two surf sessions only, club membership will not be required. This is a good way to find other surfers at UCSD to surf with throughout the week.
